Lawyers4Vets

As part of the Massachusetts Military Support Foundation’s ongoing mission to provide crucial assistance to military personnel, veterans, and their families, MMSFI has established the Lawyers4Vets Referral Service to connect military personnel, veterans, and families with resources appropriate to their needs. The MMSFI's Lawyers4Vets Referral Service has been organized in order to assist with the unique personal issues that present and former members of the military and their families face.  Lawyers4Vets aims to assist veterans and their family members when they cannot afford the assistance that they need.

Applicants can provide their information by filling out the form below and clicking "Submit".  During a thorough review, applicants will be screened by Lawyers4Vets, which will consider a variety of circumstances, including the applicant’s financial eligibility as well as the potential availability of alternative representation.  Whether Lawyers4Vets decides to accept an applicant’s case depends on several factors, including the merits of the case, the client’s financial circumstances, and Lawyers4Vets’ available resources. If Lawyers4Vets is unable to provide assistance, its referral service will direct applicants to the appropriate government services, non-profit agencies, or other available legal resources.
